A driving force during the NTC’s formative years, Ms. Jude is no stranger to our journey. Her early contributions helped shape the impactful work we proudly carry forward today. She returns with a wealth of experience in human rights, women’s empowerment, advocacy against gender-based violence, civil society engagement, and transformational leadership, all invaluable assets to the Council.
